One of the biggest misconceptions about therapy is that it is only intended to treat serious clinical mental illness or to help alleviate the most severe traumas. Therapy however, is quite the opposite. 


No one is any more or less deserving of therapy. There is no ranking of life problems and no one person more worthy of help. Almost everyone could benefit from working with a therapist.


Therapy can help you to learn more about yourself, your goals and your values, to increase focus and to identify and move through causes of tension and difficulties in your relationships.


Therapy can help us to feel again, to heal, to develop skills and tools to face challenges, and to grow in self confidence and self-esteem that helps us to take back our control, our power and get back in behind the wheel to navigate life our own way.
