Cancellation Policy:
Except in the case of exceptional circumstance, I have a 48 Hour Cancelation Policy.
Cancelled sessions within the 48 hours will result in the full fee of our session being charged.
Sessions are scheduled in advance for either face to face or online.
If you are unable to attend your face to face session, offering a zoom session as the alternative is at my discretion and dependent on availability.
Online session:
For online sessions, it is up to both parties to ensure a stable connection.
If my internet fails during our session, it is up to me to rearrange/refund that session.
If the internet fails on the clients part, the full fee occurs.
