I am an Accredited Psychotherapist based in Castlebar, Co.Mayo.

I am trained in a number of therapeutic modalities however I adapt my style of approach depending on your needs. Within the philosophy of my psychotherapeutic work is the understanding of the complexity that is, a human being.  Each individual person is as unique as their fingerprint, made up of genes, upbringing, families, culture, chance and experience, and  our world can become filtered through the lens of these experiences.

My desire is to meet the absolute original.

Meeting each person on this soulful level, allows me to differentiate the person from their problems.

What drives me is my love of people. I am warm, engaged, curious, hands on and invested in you from the moment you step into my room.  I believe that we all have inside of us the qualities, strengths and resources to cope and to successfully navigate through challenges and the continuous ebb and flow of life.

The heart of my work, is providing a confidential space for each client to rediscover themselves, their voice, and their self-confidence which will ultimately lead to a better relationship with themselves and then in turn, with others.

 The work flows at your pace, it is direct when you want it to be but never directive.
